Guided Tour devoted to the most famous monument, the Mosque-Cathedral that has been declared World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. The Guided Tour performed by expert historians, will lead you through an alive temple that has been witness to numerous historical events. It will not leave you indifferent. Secondly, we will walk along the well-known Jewish Quarter, where we get to know
the Synagogue, the Souk of the Craftsmen and the Monument to Maimonides.

Duration 

  • 2 hours y 30 minutes. 
Groups
  • Standard groups are approximately 30 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and may be larger or smaller depending on logistics or circumstances that prevent us from doing so exceptionally. In no case will there be more than 30 people plus guide.
  • The tour will be conducted in just one language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to change this in any case.
  • For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the timetable may vary, and we will notify you in advance of this circumstance. If in any case this should occur, the client can accept or cancel and be refunded 100% of the amount and this contract will be cancelled. If accepted, the initial contract conditions will still be available.

Important notes

  • On the day of the visit you must bring the original identity document that you provided at the time of booking.
  • Be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts.
  • The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be particularly suitable for people with mobility problems and we do not recommend it, in some cases.

Meeting Point

  • Tuesday to Saturday: : Gate of the Caliph Baths next to the sign. 
  • Sunday: Puerta del Perdón of the Mosque-Cathedral (the door under the bell tower, the guide will wait for the client outside).

Cancellation Policy 

A full refund will be given if 48 hours notice is given. Weather conditions will not be a cause for cancellation. 

There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

To request total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es and we will proceed to cancel and refund according to the date of receipt of the email, as a reference date.

VERY IMPORTANT: REQUEST FOR INCLUSION ON THE WAITING LIST

If you have made a reservation in ON HOLD/ ON WAITING LIST status you must take into account the following conditions:
  1. As soon as we have availability we will proceed to issue your tickets, without delay or consultation, as you agree that we will take care of obtaining the tickets for you.
  2. The system will not charge you until the visit is confirmed. Once the visit has been definitively confirmed, the charge on your card will be automatic and irreversible.
  3. We will send you a new voucher indicating that the booking is confirmed. From the moment of confirmation and charge on the card, the booking is confirmed and under the conditions of cancellation of any direct booking, without waiting list.
  4. If you wish to get off the waiting list, you only have to write an email to customerservice@nhue.es and indicate that you wish to get off the waiting list, indicating the order number, name and surname of the cardholder and that you wish to cancel.
  5. If, within a reasonable period of time, Nhue Concierge considers that it will not be possible to complete the booking, we will send you a cancellation email and no charge will be made.

Please note that this is a monitoring service, at no cost to you, with which you have no guarantee of success and which does not oblige Nhue Concierge to anything, until such time as we obtain the tickets to confirm your reservation, as you are aware that we do not have the requested tickets at the time of making the request and therefore, at that time we can not guarantee anything.

Terms and Conditions - Activity Passport, Experiences and Standard Vouchers

1. Geronigo is the Company behind this successful brand. The Company issues Activity Passport, Experiences and Standard Vouchers to its customers via its website, or over the telephone. Geronigo have the biggest activity network in the the UK.

Prices & Payments

2. The prices of specific Experiences are held for the 12 months validity. Passports and Standard Vouchers are non-specific and are redeemed at face value against the retail price at the time of redemption. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment by cheque - made payable to: Geronigo. Post to: Geronigo, Hammerain House, Hookstone Avenue, Harrogate, HG2 8ER, North Yorks., UK. Please state (1) what you wish to purchase - a Passport, Specific Experience or Standard Voucher; (2)How much you wish to spend; (3) Your name and address; (4) Your telephone number and email address.

Validity

3. Vouchers purchased after 01 October are valid for 24 month, all vouchers purchased before 01 October 2024 are valid for 12 months.

Extending the Validity Period

4. A Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher will be deemed to be invalid and will not be eligible for redemption if it is out of date (the validity date is clearly stated). Extension are available, providing they are still valid when contact is made with Geronigo. If the customer or recipient is unable to use the Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher before the expiry date, then they can extend the validity date by calling 0800 876 0111 and speaking to one of our sales representatives. There is a small admin charge of GBP6.99 for a one month extension. Extensions can only be made 3 times for any one Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher. We do not issue a new Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher for extensions. If this is requested, further costs will be incurred. Free gifts or promotional products are not eligible for extensions.

Booking

5. Booking is subject to availability and must be made through Geronigo only and not at the activity venues. We will happily redeem your Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher against any package featured on our site up to its full value, regardless of any specific experience named. Additional participants can take part, but they will be charged at the retail price as detailed on our website at the time of booking. Once a booking is made, booking terms and conditions then apply as detailed on our main website www.

Activity Restrictions

6. 1. All the activities are described in as much detail as possible and are correct at the time each booking is made. All timings for activities are the total time for the sessions and not an indication of a per person allocation. From time to time activities do change both in price, type and duration. Our Booking Advisors will make every effort to provide additional information and clarification about any of our featured activities, however customers are deemed to have thoroughly familiarised themselves with the activity description, all restrictions, including height, weight and age restriction as detailed on our websites before booking the activity. No responsibility can be accepted by us for an inappropriate booking if you do not familiarise yourself with all aspects of the activity in question at the venue chosen either on our website or through your own enquiries before placing a booking. 2. All equipment and any inclusions provided as part of the booked package are exclusively available for the participants attending the event. Non-attending participants will forfeit their package and any associated inclusions without refund or reallocation. All attendees must be present to receive the full benefits of the package. 3. In the event that an activity does not show a weight or a height restriction, this is due to the experience not generally having a fixed one in place. However, if your individual circumstances regarding weight or height have historically prohibited you or a member of your party from participating in an experience or could bring in to question the suitability of the experience, more specifically if the participant is over 6ft4 in height and over 20stone in weight, please bring this to our attention prior to making your booking.

Despatch & Delivery

7. All Passports, Experiences and Vouchers will be despatched in accordance with your chosen delivery selection. We cannot be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of mail being delayed, and we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen Passports, Experiences or Standard Vouchers. Please keep them in a safe place and protect them as you would cash. Duplicates can be issued, but this will incur an admin charge and any additional postage costs. Stated postage is for up to 3 Standard Vouchers per envelope posted to the same address. Each address is treated as a separate delivery and will incur a separate postage charge. Gift wrapping incurs an individual cost per Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher for the wrapping and postage.

Refunds

8. You have the right to return your unused Passport, Standard Voucher, or Experience within 7 days of our despatch date for a full refund. All refunds made after 7 days and within 28 days of receipt will incur a GBP20 or 20% administration charge (whichever is greater). All refunds will be made to the person made the purchase and the monies will be refunded directly to that credit / debit card. All refunds are processed at month-end and take between 5 and 10 working days to show in the purchaser's account. To request a refund you must return your Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher by recorded delivery to: '.Geronigo, Hammerain House, Hookstone Avenue, Harrogate, HG2 8ER, North Yorks., UK.', together with a covering letter detailing the reason for your refund request. Free gifts or promotional products are not eligible for refunds.

Activity Pictures and Descriptions

9. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the descriptions and pictures used are a true representation of the activities offered, these do not form part of the contract. Pictures used are always representative of the activity and not venue specific.

Cash / Credit Value

10. Our Passports and Standard Vouchers do not have any cash or credit value other than as payment or part-payment towards an activity as detailed on our websites. Should the value of you Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher exceed that of the activity chosen, no cash refund or credit is given against the balance. Should they be insufficient to cover an activity because of a price increase, or change of activity choice, the bearer will be expected to pay any outstanding balance before the booking can be made.

Audio/Video Message Feature

11. A Complimentary, Optional Extra The audio/video message feature is a free and optional addition to your voucher experience. Please note that this feature may be changed or removed at any time without prior notice. Your Message, Your Voice Messages are created and recorded by you, the customer, and reflect your personal thoughts and views. We don’t edit or review the content, so what you say is entirely up to you. How Long We Keep Your Message To help manage storage, messages are kept for a limited time: - Standard vouchers: Stored for 1 month from the purchase date or 14 days from the first time it's viewed, whichever comes first. - Christmas vouchers: Stored for 1 month from Christmas Day or 14 days from the first view, whichever comes first. Download Your Message Anytime You’re welcome to download your message at any time during the storage period. Just make sure to save it before it expires. Message Deletion Once the message storage period ends, it will be automatically deleted and can’t be recovered. We recommend downloading it if you’d like to keep a copy.

14. All our names are well known in the UK and we have acquired both registered and unregistered rights in our names, brands, trademarks, domain names and logos. No one may use our brands, names, trademarks, domain names or logos for any purpose without our express written permission. Any unlawful use will be dealt with swiftly by law.

15. All purchases and bookings will be subject to these same terms and conditions without exception. All customers will have deemed to have made themselves aware of these Terms & Conditions and will have accepted them in their entirety and without exception as part of their dealings with us. No verbal or other communication overrides these terms and conditions in any respect whatsoever.

Severability

16. All of the provisions, clauses and paragraphs in these Terms and Conditions should be read and construed independently of each other. If any provision, clause or paragraph in these Terms of Business is held to be invalid or unenforceable such provision, clause or paragraph will be struck out and the remaining provisions, clauses and paragraphs will remain in force.

Statutory

17. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Jurisdiction

18. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the nearest area in which you are domiciled.

Force Majeure

19. This Company will not be liable for any delay or failure to carry out any of its rights, duties and responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside of the control of This Company, including, but not limited to actions by others, acts of god, war, civil disorder or industrial dispute.

Our Rights

20. Failure by this Company to enforce any of its rights under these Terms of Business is not to be regarded as a waiver of those rights unless the waiver is confirmed in writing. If this Company decides to waive any of its rights under these Terms of Business, this will not inhibit this Company from enforcing those rights at any or all times in the future.

Booking Agent

21. We are a booking agency for the activity providers and activity venues featured on our websites, therefore we do not physically deliver the activities provided. All issues and claims in connection with the performance and delivery of an activity must therefore be directed at the activity provider. In this instance, this company will provide full information to assist in any resolution.
